For the first time, IAV has set itself holistic sustainability targets for 2023, such as a further reduction in CO2 emissions and an increase in the representation of women in the company. “This is a milestone in our sustainability strategy,” says Nadège Ericsson , Executive Vice President Compliance, Legal & Sustainability at IAV. “This is where our contribution to climate protection takes concrete shape.”

IAV has been reporting regularly on its sustainability activities since 2017. Since 2021, the sustainability report has also been audited by independent auditors. This process ensures transparency and provides comparable and standardized key figures.
