Sophisticated equipment for precise measurements

The EMC test center in Heimsheim is accredited and uses modern technology for EMC tests in the vehicle and component sector. In doing so, we are responding to the trend towards the ever-increasing electrification of vehicles and the associated rise in demand for reliable EMC tests. Our range of services includes measurements on high-voltage systems and sophisticated HV components that support all international charging standards.

Expansion and accreditation

The EMC test center started operations in spring 2022 and is accredited by the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS). In accordance with UN ECE R10, it is recognized as a technical service by the Federal Motor Transport Authority.

Optimally prepared thanks to workshop and logistics area

The test center offers a prototype-safe workshop and sufficient logistics space for preparing prototype vehicles and components.

  • Component test facility: Versatile, also for vehicle measurements according to CISPR 25 standard
  • Network simulation for global AC charging measurements: We guarantee the electromagnetic compatibility of your vehicles and components worldwide.
  • High-performance charging technology: With a DC voltage supply of up to 1,000 V / 500 kW, we are at the cutting edge of technology.

  • Prototype-safe workshop: Specially developed for the preparation and post-processing of vehicles and components for EMC tests.
  • Safe preparation of prototypes: Ensuring successful EMC tests through careful and safe preparation procedures.
