Automotive Intelligence

IAV at CES 2025

The CES in Las Vegas has long since established itself as the industry gathering for digital experts in the automotive industry. This year, the focus is on artificial intelligence (AI), autonomous driving and electromobility. We present the most important innovations and highlights from these areas. Experience at CES how IAV is shaping the future of mobility with Automotive Intelligence, Software-Defined Vehicles (SDV) and advanced drive technologies. We drive automotive performance – with AI, SDV and Powertrain.

CES Highlights

Cybersecurity

The software-defined vehicle (SDV) is networked and offers potential points of attack for hackers. To protect vehicles from cyberattacks, IAV has developed innovative solutions such as the Firmware Security Module (FSM), IAV quantumSAR and the Automotive Cybersecurity Defense Center (ACDC). These projects are aimed at retrofitting control units with the necessary security mechanisms and responding to the threats posed by quantum computers.

CES-Panel: Automotive Cybersecurity Revs Up

What the Hack – The Smarter the Cars, the Higher the Risk for Cyberattacks

Autonomous vehicles and software-defined vehicles (SDV) are revolutionizing the mobility of the future. But the more intelligent the cars become, the higher the risk of cyberattacks. To overcome these challenges, the best possible protection against hacker attacks is essential.

We are pleased to announce that Jürgen Müller, Head of Software at IAV, will participate in the panel discussion “Automotive Cybersecurity Revs Up”. In this discussion, he will join other experts to discuss the latest developments and strategies for cybersecurity in the automotive sector.

Bis Data Handling with IAV Merida

The transition to software-defined vehicles (SDVs) brings with it the challenge of managing enormous amounts of data. The complexity of modern vehicles with numerous control units and the coupling of vehicle functions to hardware components requires efficient data management and analysis. To meet these challenges, IAV has developed the Merida solution. IAV Merida makes it easier to handle the growing volume of data in SDV development by intelligently storing, managing and analyzing vehicle data.
