Guided application and automation

This process standardization allows you to solve recurring application tasks using graphical process descriptions. INCA-FLOW is the only tool of its kind that can be combined with all development infrastructures (e.g. MiL/SiL, HiL, test bench, vehicle, fleet) throughout the entire development process. 

The number of functions in powertrain control units is constantly increasing and individual functions are becoming ever more complex. This increasing complexity requires development tools that take the burden off the calibration engineer and make proven processes available throughout the company. INCA-FLOW offers you exactly that: the tool allows you to graphically describe calibration sequences in a short space of time and run them on the connected infrastructure. Best-practice examples are automatically documented and are available to all employees.

Shorter development times, lower costs and higher and reproducible quality: this is what INCA-FLOW offers - without requiring IT knowledge for programming scripts. This allows you to concentrate fully on your core competencies: efficient parameterization of ECU functions to minimize emissions, robust onboard diagnostics (OBD), optimization of consumption and performance as well as driving behavior.

INCA-FLOW is distributed by IAV's cooperation partner ETAS, which also provides first-level support. We are continuously developing the tool and adding new functions.

Toolbox „Engine Drivability“ (EDT)

  • Toolbox for the automated evaluation of events under physical objective criteria to optimize driveability calibration
  • Comprehensive visualization functions as a basis for troubleshooting and detailed analysis of events
  • Includes all events (e.g. upshifting and downshifting, switch-on process, torque converter lock-up, hybrid functions, etc.)
